SINCE THE HENRY DOORLY ZOO IS EXPANDING THE MCDONALD’S RESTAURANT, MAY
NEED MORE ROOM FOR THEIR BUILDING AND PARKING IN THE FUTURE YEARS. THIS
MCDONALD'S RESTAURANT USE TO BE A PARENT COMPANY OPERATION, AND A LEASE ON THEIR LAND
MAYBE BANKABLE, AND ANY BANK WOULD PROBABLY HONOR THE LEASE OF THE 2 LOTS. IF THE 2
LOTS COULD BE LEASED FOR $2,000.00 A MONTH ON A 99 YEAR LEASE THAT WOULD BE A LOT OF MONEY, AND THE SELLER ONLY WANTS $500.000.00 WHICH IS A
REASONABLE AMOUNT FOR THE LAND AT THIS LOCATION, WITH A GREAT FUTURE.

AND GRADED THE HILLS OF THE OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY, AND NOW THEY CANNOT
GRADE THE LAND. IF THEY GRADE THEIR LAND IT IS A FEDERAL LAW TO GRADE AND
HAVE WATER RUN ONTO OUR LOT. ONE OF OUR LOTS CONTAINES A REVENE THAT IS 25
FEET DEEP IN SOME SPOTS. IF THEY TRY TO DEVELOP THEIR LAND THEY HAVE TO HAVE
OUR LOTS. THERE IS ENOUGH SQUARE FOOTAGE COUNTING THE STREET AND ALLEYS THAT
THE LAND COST FOR THEM WOULD BE A SMALL AMOUNT. THEY HAVE TO HAVE THE THEIR
LAND IN GOOD CONDITION AND EVEN THOUGH THE LAND WAS DONATED TO THEM IT WILL
BE A EXPENSE OVER THE YEAR. THE PRICE FOR THE LAND IS $500,000.00 AND THAT
IS CHEAP IF THEY WANT TO DEVELOP THEIR LAND.

FOREIGN PEOPLE. THE MORMON CHURCH OFFERED MY $500,000.00 IN THE PAST YEARS.
THIS LOT HAS INCREASE IN VALUE OVER THE YEARS WITH ALL THE DEVELOMENTS IN
THE AREA AND IT SHOULD BE WORTH $700,000.00. THIS PROPERTY IS AT THE EDGE
WHAT USE TO BE A LANDFILL DUMP AREA. MOST OF THE LAND THAT SURROUNDS THIS
LOT IS IN THIS LANDFILL AREA, AND ANYONE HAS TO HAVE THIS LOT TO DEVELOP THE

THEIR LAND WAS DONATED TO THEM. THE PEOPLE THAT OWN THIS LAND ARE GOING TO
RUIN THE SOUTHEND OF THE PROPERTY WHERE THERE COULD BE A MAJOR HOTEL WITH
LOTS OF TAX REVENUE FOR THE CITY OF OMAHA. THESE IDIOTS WANT TO BUILD SOME
LOW INCOME HOUSING AREA. WE HAVE SOME OF THE DUMBEST PEOPLE LIVING IN OMAHA.
OUR LOT OVER LOOKS THE MISSOURI VALLEY AND THE HENRY DOORLY ZOO. THESE
PEOPLE ARE UPSET BECAUSE THERE IS A DRIVEWAY EASEMENT THAT GOES TO THIS LOT
AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY WITH WHAT WE PLAN TO DO IN THE FUTURE.
THERE ARE TREES THAT ARE ON ALL THE LAND TO EAST OF THIS LOT AND THEY ARE
GOING TO END UP WITH A MESS. THEIR LAND AND OUR LAND ADJOINS THE STATE OF
NEBRASKA LAND. THE STATE OF NEBRASKA HAS TO NOTIFY ALL THE ADJOINING
PROPERTY OWNERS, AND HAS TO PUT THEIR PROPERTY OUT TO BID IF ANYONE WANTS TO
BUY THE PROPERTY.
